Prior to joining KPMG in 2023, Daniel worked in the investment team for a London-based mid-market private equity fund. He has been involved with several cross-border transactions across multiple sectors in both the UK and Europe ranging from enterprise values between €50m and €1bn.
Daniel specialises in M&A and provides lead advisory, company and shareholder valuations and due diligence services on the buy and sell side for clients both in the Channel Islands and globally. He has particular buyside experience in the financial services, energy and industrial sectors.
Daniel also provides strategic advisory services to several high-profile clients across the islands.
