KPMG Blue for Books Program

Golf Brand Ambassadors fight illiteracy through their blue tour hats.

A subset of KPMG’s Family for Literacy Program, the KPMG Blue for Books program is the official KPMG charitable endeavor of Golf Brand Ambassadors Phil Mickelson, Stacy Lewis, Mariah Stackhouse and Maverick McNealy. For each sale of one of the ambassador's blue hats, multiple books are donated to children in need. Since the inception of Blue for Books in 2012, more than 247,000 books have been donated.

In addition to the hat sale donations, the Blue for Books program also provides books for children in need through the Inspiring Win program. Every time a KPMG Golf Brand Ambassador wins a professional golf tournament, an elementary school in the market of the tournament receives a refurbished library, providing new books, furniture and school supplies. Through the Inspiring Win program, KPMG has refurbished 14 school libraries across the country.
